The food in Ondergronds sucks.
DJ ordered coriander and mint lamb loin with mango cabbage salad which tasted ordinary. Well at least he’s meal was likely more edible than mine but still bad. He told me he doesn’t want to relive the experience.
The presentation looks like a centipede.
I ordered a Sichuan duck lasagna with pepper plum sauce. Yup, the chef f*ck the duck up. The duck meat tasted horrible… imagine this taste: re –boiled duck- FAIL! and the pasta sheet tasted like paper- DOUBLE FAIL!!
Can someone please tell the chef to keep his art project in the studio and proper food preparation in the kitchen.
Apart from that Ondergronds is a good place for drinks. This also depending on who’s the bar tender

my butterfish wrapped in banana leaves tasted really yummy except D’s seafood paella tasted horrible, like a fried rice wif lots of peas! I hate peas!
