Good news! The apartment we applied yesterday has been approved. I’m feeling all relief now except for the stupid flu bug that got me at the wrong time.
It was another inspection saga with 20-30 applicants. I tell you renting a property in Melbourne is tough. I decided to save time and offered more than what was advertised.
Tomorrow DJ will be heading to the real estate agent to sign the lease contract. We’re hoping to move in by Sept 11th. Hoooray!!!

you might want to get a safe deposit box for your valuables while you are gone and maybe have a friend keep your computer
