Sum up for the month of April.

April has been a busy month for me.
Parents were down in Melb for holidays. I was so happy to see them.

Me being a good daughter *cough cough* I drove them around to visit their friends. I never knew that they had so many friends in Melbourne

Mii and I were busy with shopping. We have conquered almost every DDS stores and DFOs in Melbourne. It was good fun shopping with Mii. Dii on the other hand has been busy going out having lunches with his mates.

It was sad to say good-bye to them especially when I could not send Mii & Dii to the airport because I had to attend Vo & Maria’s wedding on that day.

Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Vo.

Vo & Maria’s tied the knot on Anzac Day. I must admit it was the best wedding I’ve ever been to. We had so much fun. Maria was so beautiful in her dress.

The reception dinner was at Red Spice Road. The food was extremely delicious. First time I had fusion asian cuisine at a wedding. On top of that we had unlimited cocktails & mocktails served through out the whole night. How good is that :D

Each of us received a pot of cactus plant as bonbonniere. Speaking of that, I think I forgotten again to water the cactus. Oppss.

Yauie open her bar for us even though there was a curfew on Anzac day for the after party. DJ and I stayed for 2 hours and had to snuck out cause my feet were so sore from wearing my new pair of heels for more than 10 hours. When we arrived home, I then found out that I had a huge ass blister under my feet. Ouch. The cause of it was from the party heels gel >.<

Despite the blister, I had a wonderful time and I must say this wedding was sure unforgettable because DJ volunteered to entertain the guest with his silly dances -_-

    Maria’s hens night

    KatsuDon, Me and lovely Maria.

This is by far the best hens’ night I have been to. There was so much food to eat (me likey) and we had a topless waiter to make us erm… not very nice mix drinks but it was all good.

After dinner, we were surprised with a very peculiar entertainment. I was praying very hard for no ugly old stripers but instead we got a PENIS puppeteer. Aikkkssss… 8-O

Everyone gawk when the puppeteer showed us his “puppet”. It was hilarious to watch him perform all kind of shapes with his “real” puppet … I could not stop laughing and at the same time felt the pain for him when he was bending and twisting the puppet like it was some sort of bendable toy. Ouch ouch ouch.

We won the “toilet paper gown” competition. Big thank you to HJ for her creativity.
Overal , it was an awesome night chillin’ out with the girls. I can’t wait to see the beautiful bride on the wedding day. I’ll make sure I pack heaps of Kleenex tissues.

    Riding on Saturday.

I woke up extremely early on Saturday morning to go for bike riding with DJ. When we were about to leave home it started to rain a little but luckily the rain stopped after 20 minutes. We then quickly grab our bikes and rode to Richmond to get a wicker basket for my bike. It took us 30 minutes this time from our home to Richmond compared to the first time I rode which took me 45 minutes. Yay!! As you can see there is a slight improvement on my riding skill. Hehehe…

At first I didn’t want to spend $140 on the wicker basket but in the end I decided to cuz it just look very classic on the bike :P

After shopping we rode down to Chapel St and did a stop over at Greville St for lunch. From there we rode home via High St and I ko’d the minute we reach home at 2pm. I had a good 2 hours nap and woke up to get ready for Maria’s hens night which I’ll write in my next post.

    My new love

    One word – Beautiful.

I rode home yesterday from Richmond and the whole riding experience was so unreal.
I realized there’s heaps to see while riding and it makes driving so dull and boring.
Can’t wait to go riding with the crew this weekend.
    I’m in love…
