Funny tho, after watching the video of the ceremony from DragonMaster’s camera, I then realised when the ceremony ended, DJ actually walked out the room by himself and left me BEHIND!!

Lovely presents and wedding cards from lovely people with their blessings and wishes.

Lynette and Simon got us each a designer beer glass from Ritzenhoff. How cool is that  .

DJ’s bux night & Girls’ night out

    This event happened last weekend.

DJ was dressed up as spiderman and required to jump off some building in South Gate – the boys was trying to help DJ to overcome his fear of height… not too sure if it actually helped at all?

Spot anything eye catching in the pic?

Overall DJ was really well behaved. He passed out at 8pm an hour before the stripper was due to arrive.

Therefore A BIG thank you to BurtonCyborg – the appointed bux for the stripper.
    *clap clap clap*

I’m sure all the boys had a great time. Apparently the stripper looked really hawt.

As for the girls, KatsuDon organized a Girl’s Night Out.

KatsuDon,Missy and I started off the day at Kocho spa. I had an hour of deep tissue massage. It was haven. Never felt so relaxed in a long time.

We had dinner at Comme. The food and cocktail selections at Comme were really good. Even the waiter that looks after our table was good looking. Absolutely love it.

Good company – Boys = Fun night out

After dinner, we started our bar hopping and somehow we ended up at a sex shop…
    hmm… 8-O

At Carlton Hotel. Not a good place to have cocktails. It tasted so horrible.

    EL 1.jpg

WE the girls crashed the boys party at EL but I’m sure they were expecting us too…

Went over to the boys apartment to check on DJ. He was lying on the same position since 8pm. Saw a bag next to the bed and I knew what has happened. Chucky came by to say hello.

    This is no good…

This morning I took my dress to Brown Gouge to dry clean. The dress was filthy. The train of my dress has literally swept the whole Melbourne during the photo session.

I was charged $AUD250 for dry cleaning and no guarantee if the beads will melt or crack. 8-O Shit.

The cost of dry cleaning was almost half of the cost of the dress. Plus it’s a 4 weeks process. What da?

I’m freaking stressing out now but I have plan B in mind. If the dress is ruined I’ll just hire another dress in KL.

Fingers crossed my dress will be orite.

Wedding is such a rip off.

We had our wedding photo shot yesterday in 4 different locations in Melbourne. Thanked gawd the weather was really beautiful.

I was stressing up so much about the weather till 3 huge pimples decided to pop out on my chin area 2 days before the wedding shot.
Thanks to Jini the makeup and hair stylist from Seri who did a great job on my make up to cover up all the evil pimples. Ahh the wonders of make up. I then realised that Jini have set my hair to looked almost liked Princess Fiona from Shrek. Meaning DJ was an ogre. LOL

    Parcel from NY

This morning while I was brushing my teeth, someone buzz the intercom [actually it functions more like a door bell. The intercom is broken] impatiently for THREE times!

Me as usual was cranky [sorry me not a morning person] thinking who the hell could it be buzzing the blardy intercom. So I quickly ran down stairs in my pjs to check out the moron. As I opened the door it was the mailman with a parcel. Then I saw this familiar handwriting on the airway bill.

The parcel was from Wen, my primary school friend who’s now residing in beautiful New York.

When I opened the parcel, I saw this….

Wen got us a pair of cut crystal champagne flute for our wedding.

    Dearest Wen,
Thank you for the beautiful gift. I like it a lot
p/s: DJ didn’t play his ninja role well. I ended up being the ninja…hahaha….
    Love,

    Stephanotis

Lately I have been thinking a lot about the flowers for the wedding. Until last week I decided to change all the flowers that I have booked earlier with the florist. See…this is me “Fickle minded Queen”

I want to have stephanotis for my hand bouquet but according to the florist, it’s impossible to get this flower in M’sia. :(

Since the florist can’t get stephanotis for me, I’ll just post the pic in my blog.

I’ll be going home in less than 10 weeks! YAY!

    W-Dress trial

I tried on my wedding gown to see if I can still fit into it. I was worried [very] that the gown will not fit after munching excessively for the past 2 months. Yes, I blame it on this cold miserable winter.

Yay! Lucky it still fit, infact I need the dressmaker to take it in a bit when I go back in Oct. Somehow I kind of lost a bit of weight after my final fitting 8-O

My only exercise is snowboarding and due to the wedding I have sacrificed this year’s snow season. Arrggh. A bit double standard right, just only I whinge about how I hate winter but then I have a fond interest in snow sports. So for the past few weeks, my snowboarding exercise was substitute by walking back to home from work for lunch.

In the aussie culture, the groom only gets to see the bride’s gown on the wedding day but today DJ has to help me to button up all 15 pearl buttons for me. Ha! it’s ok, I follow the Asian culture where the soon to be bride and groom goes to the bridal studio to choose the gowns together.

I had a very bad dream this morning about the cheongsam which is still in the making. The dream was about the dressmaker couldn’t find the fabric for my cheongsam lining and somehow my mom agreed to have my cheongsam made from full on gold sequiens. The cheongsam looked like a gold fish costume. I was in tears when I saw the dress. I even cried in my sleep. I told DJ about the dream and he said it is because I’m always changing my mind on the flowers and bonbonniere -_-

Was on gtalk with RockyBoy. He and Sewerside are going to design my wedding slide show. Thank you guys! I also found out something which I’m not suppose to know…The Beam Boys have moved their office to China and won’t be able to make it to my wedding. According to RockyBoy, The Beam Boys were scratching their heads off to find a way tell me that they couldn’t make it the reception. Too late la… I know oredi. Hummphhh.

    As You Like It Flowers

    dsc00614.jpg

Thanks to ElleAshley’s recommendation, I’ve booked the flowers for the wedding through AsYouLikeItFlowers in DesaSriHartamas.
Big thanks to SK for taking a day off to teman me to the florist. love you always *hugs*

To be honest I’m not a fan of flowers. Flowers give me an impression that I’ll suffer hay-fever from the pollens. I had a very bad experience 6 years ago when I first came to Melbourne. I didn’t know what was hay fever all about. Come to think of it, I was so stupid during that time for not doing any research in the internet on why hay-fever occurred instead I admitted myself to the Monash hospital assuming that I had a severe viral infection. The feeling was so unbearable;runny nose and massive headache. After seeing couple of doctors, it was confirmed that the symptom that I had was hay fever and it is very common during spring season. Nah beh I went and scared the shit out of myself.

I decided to use roses for my hand bouquet and corsages for DJ, our immediate family and ushers. The roses that I actually wanted was from Kenya. The florist couldn’t promise me if there will be a shipment coming into Malaysia for these rare roses during Oct. It’s all about supply and demand. Therefore I chose another alternative which is local grown roses. The colour of the rose is slightly darker than the Kenya roses. I think it should be alright.

As for the W-car, it will be decorated in cream colour organza ribbons. Keeping it simple and pretty :P

My only worry for now is the flower arrangement along the aisle for bridal march during the reception and also the so called candle bra at the ballroom entrance. I hope WishingTree will not disappoint me with decorating the ballroom with eeky flower arrangements. *fingers crossed >_<*
